Deadline for submission of abstracts (300/500 words): September 1, 2025
Deadline for submission of full papers (3,000 words): September 20, 2025

Student Registration US$ 300
Listeners/Accompanied/General Attendees: US$ 300

Fees Coverage: Conference proceedings and access to full conference activities, conference meals. Accommodation not included.

Paper Publication in Journals: This is available with fees.
